Build your own indoor event
Book for at least 30 guests and meet the exclusive indoor minimum spend: S$4,000++ on weekdays or S$5,000++ on weekends. Combine your food order with wines, beer, cocktails and spirits.
Promotion applies to eligible Sentosa bookings, subject to date, space and karaoke availability. Four-hour use must fall within your confirmed event hours. A package’s venue allocation does not automatically include an exclusive indoor buyout; any applicable minimum spend will be confirmed in your quotation. For a grazing-only booking, ask us to confirm eligibility.

View the indoor dining area, outdoor patio and Private Dining Room arrangement together when planning a whole-restaurant event. Total seating capacity is up to 108 guests: 58 indoors and 50 on the outdoor patio, subject to the final event setup. The Private Dining Room’s 14 seats are included in the indoor capacity. Published event packages cover up to 100 guests; please enquire for a customised quotation for 101–108 guests. Brochure plans are not to scale; the private-room diagram is illustrative.
Minimum spend can be met with food and beverages, including wine, beer, cocktails and spirits. It is not a separate amount added on top of qualifying food and beverage spend. Confirm your preferred date with us for the applicable rate and space allocation; holiday dates and special arrangements are quoted individually.

Meetings & seminars
For 20–50 guests: buffet lunch, afternoon tea and free-flow coffee, tea and fruit juice. One-day package from S$108++ per guest; two-day bookings at S$98++ per guest per day, or three days and above at S$88++ per guest per day. Event duration and AV needs confirmed in your proposal.
Weddings & milestones
Celebrate a solemnisation, anniversary or birthday with a tailored menu, drinks and styling. Let us know your guest count, plans and budget for a personal proposal.
At your home or office
Grazing catering from S$33.60++ per guest for Silver or S$52.80++ for Gold, minimum 30 guests, with a S$100 delivery and setup charge. Staffed packages: Silver at S$82 + GST or Gold at S$98 + GST per guest, including 10 bottles of house wine, free-flow juice, floral styling, delivery, setup and two service staff for four hours. Silver also offers prosecco in place of wine. Minimum 30 guests.

How do we secure our date?+
Send us your preferred date, time, guest count and budget. We’ll prepare a quotation and confirm availability. Your booking is secured once the proposal is accepted and the required deposit is received.
For events less than 40 days away, a 50% deposit is required; the remaining payment schedule will be stated in your quotation. For events booked further ahead, the standard terms are a S$1,000 non-refundable booking fee, then 70% of the invoice balance within seven days of signing the order form, with the final 30% on the event date.
Are service charge and GST included?+
Prices marked ++ exclude 10% service charge and 9% GST. For example, S$4,000++ is S$4,796 nett. Supplier services and custom additions will be itemised with the applicable charges in your quotation.
Is Sentosa entry and parking included?+
For confirmed bookings, we provide a QR code one day before your visit for complimentary entry through the Sentosa island gantry. Parking is operated by Sentosa and is payable separately; we do not provide complimentary parking coupons.
We do not operate an in-house valet service. If needed, speak with us about arranging an external service once your event is confirmed.
Can we bring our own cake and decorations?+
Yes, outside cakes are welcome with the standard S$20 cakeage charge per cake. Any agreed waiver will be shown in your quotation. You may bring your own balloons and approved decorations; please arrange their removal immediately after your event.
What if our headcount or timing changes?+
Confirm your guaranteed guest count and menu by 11am, five business days before the event. Guaranteed numbers cannot subsequently be reduced. Changes remain subject to availability.
Starting early or extending beyond the agreed event hours is charged at S$200++ for each half hour or part thereof. Karaoke’s four-hour allowance does not extend your venue booking.

The corporate and grazing brochures include the booking, payment and cancellation terms. Your final quotation will set out the terms applicable to your date, including the deposit requirement for bookings less than 40 days away. Please review these before confirming.
