Quentin’s Bar & Restaurant sits inside a restored colonial barracks at The Mess Hall on Sentosa, a two-minute walk from Barracks Hotel, Village Hotel Sentosa and Oasia Resort Sentosa. It is a Eurasian restaurant, a full bar, and one of the few venues on the island that can be booked out entirely — indoors, outdoors, or the whole restaurant — for corporate dinners, year-end parties, weddings and private celebrations of 10 to 100 guests.

Year-end parties and Christmas dinners on Sentosa

Year-end is the busiest season at Quentin’s Sentosa, and the calendar fills from October. If you are looking for a Christmas party venue in Singapore that isn’t a hotel ballroom or a function room, the restaurant offers something most corporate venues can’t: a heritage Eurasian menu, an island setting, and a space your team actually has to themselves.

The whole restaurant can be reserved for a company dinner and dance, a client appreciation evening, a department wrap-up or a family Christmas lunch. Smaller teams take the Private Dining Room; larger groups take the indoor dining room, the outdoor terrace, or both.

Why teams book Quentin’s for their year-end function

• Exclusive use, not a roped-off corner. Indoor, outdoor and full-restaurant buyouts are all available, with published minimum spends so you can budget before you enquire.
• A menu nobody has had at three other parties. Devil’s Curry, Beef Stew Serani, Oxtail Curry Debal, Buah Keluak Curry and Sugee Cake — Eurasian cuisine is Singapore’s rarest heritage cuisine, and it gives a year-end dinner a talking point.
• Everything under one quote. Venue, menu, free-flow bar, floral centrepieces, place cards, A/V and microphones, and live music are all in the package rather than five separate vendors.
• A roasted whole lamb carving station for the centrepiece moment, from $1,200++.
• Live entertainment on site. The Music Men, our in-house trio, play evergreen and retro sets; a karaoke system is available for the second half of the night.
• Sentosa access. Easy to reach, far enough from the CBD to feel like an occasion, with three hotels next door if guests want to stay over.

Planning ahead: confirmed headcount is due by 11am five business days before the event, and a $1,000 non-refundable booking fee secures the date. December dates for the full restaurant typically go first — enquire early.

Private event spaces and minimum spend

Every space at Quentin’s Sentosa can be booked exclusively. Minimum spend is the floor your food and beverage order needs to reach; package prices below count towards it.

All rates marked ++ are subject to 10% service charge and 9% GST. Availability is confirmed on booking.

Corporate event packages

Set menu or buffet, 30 to 100 guests

Five all-inclusive packages cover venue rental, a Silver or Gold menu, wine, beer, free-flow soft drinks and juice, floral centrepieces and table place cards. Packages B to E add an audio system with microphones.

Menus inside the packages

Silver — lunch $58++ / dinner $68++ per guest. Mulligatawny soup, angled bean salad, pastéis de bacalhau and chicken potato fritters to start; a choice of Chicken Curry Debal, baked cod, pot roast beef or okra fried rice with patchri; drunken pear with vanilla ice cream, and a glass of beer, wine or a soft drink.

Gold — lunch $78++ / dinner $88++ per guest. Wild mushroom soup and scallop salad, a starter platter of pastéis de bacalhau, wagyu and potato fritters and devil wings; a choice of Oxtail Curry Debal, Buah Keluak Curry, wagyu pot roast beef, baked salmon or mushroom aglio e olio; a dessert platter of Sugee Cake, Breudher Cake, bread and butter pudding and putugal.

Private Dining Room package

10 to 14 guests, with a projector

The Private Dining Room suits board lunches, client dinners, small team celebrations and milestone birthdays. The package covers venue rental, the Gold set menu, a table centrepiece, 3.5 hours of free-flow house wine, draught beer, soft drinks, coffee and tea, and use of the A/V system and projector.

Minimum 10 guests, maximum 14. Wine, cake and menu quantities scale with headcount.

Canapé and grazing table packages

Standing receptions, launches and cocktail-style parties

Grazing tables work for networking evenings, product launches, solemnisation receptions and year-end drinks where you want guests moving rather than seated. Available in the restaurant, or delivered and set up at your home or office.

Silver canapé menu from $52++ per guest at lunch, $60++ at dinner. Gold from $62++ lunch, $70++ dinner. Minimum 30 guests.

At your home or office

Silver grazing canapé menu at $33.60++ per person, Gold at $52.80++ per person, minimum 30 guests, with a $100 delivery and setup charge.

Two all-in outdoor packages include delivery, setup, floral styling and two service staff for four hours: Package A at $82 + GST per person (Silver canapé menu, 10 bottles of house wine or prosecco, free-flow juice) and Package B at $98 + GST per person (Gold menu, 10 bottles of house wine, free-flow juice).

Build your own grazing table

Choose from pastéis de bacalhau, pork belly, wagyu potato fritters, feng bruschetta, smoked salmon bruschetta, dry laksa, dry mee siam, satay, otak-otak, Bostador spring rolls, codfish fingers, wagyu beef brisket, banana fritters with gula melaka and Sugee Cake. From $4.80++ per item, minimum 30 guests, minimum seven items for outdoor events.

Seminar and full-day meeting package

20 to 50 guests

Private use of the restaurant for up to eight hours with free-flow coffee, tea and fruit juices, a midday à la carte buffet lunch and a 3pm tea buffet.

• One day (6 hours) — $108++ per guest
• Two days — $98++ per guest
• Three days or more — $88++ per guest

Lunch covers a soup, a starter, two mains and two desserts chosen from the seminar menu; tea covers two items from a list that includes puff pastries, pang susie, satay, popiah, dry laksa, scones and traditional Eurasian steamed tapioca cake.

Weddings and solemnisations

The restored colonial building and garden terrace make Quentin’s Sentosa a natural fit for intimate weddings, solemnisations and ROM lunches. Our team handles the menu, floral styling, cake and live music.

Birthdays and private celebrations

Birthday dinners, anniversaries, baptisms, communions and family reunions are all hosted here, from a long table on the patio to a full buyout. Cakes, party items and decorations can be added to any booking.

A cakeage charge of $20 per cake applies to cakes brought in from an external vendor.

Everyday dining, drinks and the pet-friendly patio

Outside of private events, Quentin’s Sentosa is open for à la carte dinner Wednesday to Sunday, from 5.30pm to 10pm. The à la carte menu runs from Eurasian signatures to local favourites and Western mains, with a full bar of wines, beers, cocktails and spirits.

Happy hour and live music

1-for-1 happy hour on prosecco, wine and draught beer makes the bar a natural stop after the beach or after work. Our live band plays every Saturday from 6.15pm to 9.15pm. See current Sentosa promotions.

How to book an event

1. Send us your date, headcount and rough budget by WhatsApp, email or the enquiry form.
2. We send a proposal with the package, menu and any add-ons, tailored to your run-of-show.
3. A $1,000 non-refundable booking fee confirms the date. Once the order form is signed, 70% of the balance is due within seven days and the final 30% on the day of the event.
4. Confirm your final headcount by 11am, five business days before the event. Numbers can go up after that but not down.

All quoted rates are subject to 10% service charge and 9% GST. Extensions beyond the agreed time are charged at $200++ per half hour. Cancellation 30 days prior forfeits 50% of the first payment; within 15 days there is no refund. Full terms are in each package PDF.

Yes, with advance notice. Vegetarian options such as okra fried rice with patchri and mushroom aglio e olio are built into the set menus, and our team can adjust courses for other requirements when you confirm your menu.

What are Quentin’s Sentosa’s opening hours?
