Sambal Tumis



An all-time favourite spicy condiment to add a punch of flavour to your rice and noodle favourites.


Onion, garlic, ginger, turmeric, chilli, belachan, sugar & salt. (Weight: 500g)


  1. Heat oil in pan and fry 50g of sliced onions until fragrant.
  2. Add 200g of sambal tumis and stir for 2 mins.
  3. Add 300g seafood of choice and stir for 3 mins.
  4. Add 80g petail and stir for 2 mins.
  5. Add 1-2 tbsp tamarind water and season to taste.
  6. Stir for 1 mins and serve.
