A Fiery blend of spices to set your tastebuds racing.
Onion, ginger, Chilli, & Mustard seeds. (Weight: 500g)
- Heat oil in pot and add 80g sliced shallots.
- Stir for 2-3 minutes.
- Add 1kg pan-fried meat of choice and stir for 3 mins.
- Add 500g Debal Rempah and stirl well until mixed.
- Add enough water to cover meat and bring to a boil.
- Simmer until almost tender.
- Add Potatoes, peeled and sliced cucumbers, cabbage to cook until tender.
- Add vinegar and seasoing to taste.
