Debal Rempah



A Fiery blend of spices to set your tastebuds racing.


Onion, ginger, Chilli, & Mustard seeds. (Weight: 500g)


  1. Heat oil in pot and add 80g sliced shallots.
  2. Stir for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add 1kg pan-fried meat of choice and stir for 3 mins.
  4. Add 500g Debal Rempah and stirl well until mixed.
  5. Add enough water to cover meat and bring to a boil.
  6. Simmer until almost tender.
  7. Add Potatoes, peeled and sliced cucumbers, cabbage to cook until tender.
  8. Add vinegar and seasoing to taste.
