How to Pay
Payment is by PayNow only. After checkout, PayNow the exact order total using the details shown on your order confirmation, with your order number as the reference. Orders not paid within 24 hours will be cancelled.
Terms & Conditions
- Payment by PayNow only. Orders not paid within 24 hours will be cancelled.
- Valid for 6 months from the date of payment. Any value unused after expiry is forfeited.
- Dine-in only at Quentin's Eurasian Restaurant (Ceylon Road) and Quentin's Bar & Restaurant (Sentosa). Not valid for online orders, delivery, catering, private events, deposits or festive set menus.
- Reservations are required. Please mention your Feast Pass when booking. Subject to availability.
- Not valid on 24–25 December, 31 December–1 January, 5–11 February 2027 (Chinese New Year week) and 14 February, or when an outlet is closed for a private event.
- The Classic Pass must be used in full in a single bill. The Premium Pass may be used over several visits, and staff will record the remaining balance against your order number. Passes can be applied to the full bill, including service charge and GST. No change or cash is given for unused value. Multiple passes may be used in one bill.
- Present your order number when paying your bill. Staff will verify it before redemption.
- Not valid with other promotions, discounts or member rewards. Membership points are not earned on the amount paid by Feast Pass.
- Transferable and may be given as a gift. Non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash.
- Quentin's F&B (S) Pte. Ltd. may update these terms, but changes will not reduce the value of passes already purchased.
